he private room I reserved over a month ago was almost not available. 2. Although my event was on a slow Thursday afternoon, service was minimal: one available employee AND absolutely no dish/ glass retrieval during the event. 3. UNACCEPTABLE LOCATION: -This new store has inherited some worn down benches making the event room look old. -There was no background music. -Although the room has been reserved way in advance and the staff was aware that the sun usually shines through on a hot afternoon in Georgia, NO measures have been taken. No blinds. No fans. Nothing. They did turn the AC on, but it was useless. No manager ever checked on this issue. The rest of the cafe was very cool and towards the end we were given the option to move to the main room, a very inconvenient option then. In a nutshell, the food tasted good but was in direct sunshine, service minimal (the one employee was overworked/ nit able to keep up), and the event room unusable. It is unacceptable to hold an event in an overheated room so that guests could not enjoy my special day; everyone complained in vain and the $ was gone. +my card was charged several times, funds refunded but card blocked.

The fake scramble eggs! Your food is so good and real how much can you save with fake scamble egg... come on wake up and be honest with your customers!

The associate must have been brand new. She didn't know how to operate the cash register and needed managerial assistance. I ordered a blueberry muffin, but she gave me a bran muffin instead, which I didn't realize until I had left the restaurant and was on my way to work.

My order was not correct. I asked for a bowl of soup to go, was given a cup. Asked for a full turkey brie sandwich, received only half. Called the location to have it taken care of and was left on hold for over 10 min.

Another customers order was left at my door and was found today. The order was placed yesterday and included one gallon of milk! I don't know if the person ever got a replacement order but I cannot believe milk would be left at someones door! I now have ants everywhere thanks!

This was our first time and the food was fantastic. I ordered an omelet and my wife got the waffle. We both really enjoyed the food. The service was great, my wife is allergic to Strawberries and they substituted Blueberries which was great. The management team was awesome, came by the table twice to make sure everything was good. Will be coming back soon.

Everything was ok
