The "Spicy Salmon" was not spicy, the dish needs a more than just a little kale, olives and quinoa sprinkled - it was dry.

They didnt have a item I ordered the Potato galette and it is 8:17 in the morning and they had already been open long enough to check the situation

You took off the Chicken cordon blue off the menu. It was one of my husband’s favorite dishes.

We had 10 of us at our table. My order was taken wrong. We got it fixed. But, over all our table was just ok. We had 2 people served soup. Never and I mean NEVER should a bowl of soup not have a plate under it. No one in the restaurant business should serve a bowl touching the rim of the bow. A plate should always accompany a bowl of soup. Very bad training.

Ordered spinach bacon salad, it was served with no bacon. When I asked to have bacon, everyone else at the table was nearly finished with their meal and I needed to ask a second time (a different server) before receiving the bacon and it was cold, clearly it did not need to be cooked before it was available. Additionally, I selected "sweet tea" from the sweet tea container and it was not sweet and asked a server about it. After waiting too long, I discovered that there was sweet tea in a different container not clearly marked. No one ever returned with sweet tea or an apology or explanation. The one server that did help us we recognized from the now closed location on 19th and Quaker. This was a very disappointing experience.

I gave the manager who took our order specific instructions on packaging. We wanted 1 platter of sandwiches and 1 bowl of salad. She did not follow instructions and individually packaged everything. This was a direct order I was given from my superiors as it is important to them to conserve waste. The order was not following the guidelines I was given, and gave the manager. This is highly disappointing considering I gave specific instructions in order to meet my jobs requirements. This did not affect La Madeleine because they did not fix the mistake nor offer a refund. We will not be ordering for quite some time or at all from this establishment.

I submitted a comment on your comments website earlier detailing the problems with this visit. The food was delicious and service was prompt, but I was unable to redeem a reward that I had not previously redeemed. The app incorrectly showed that I had.

Half the Tables not clean. Sandwich suppose to be hot, but cold, out of tea. Not what we were expecting, la Madeleine usually high quality.

This is twice they didn't have Creme Brulee. 1st time. There were three in case. A phone order took 2 but they forgot to remove from case leaving one we ordered 2. Today, again no Creme Brulee none in case. Said 2 hours to prepare. Another person another day said it's just sliced after being frozen. Get your story straight. I'm writing corporate. You're unbelievable.
