The staff is ALWAYS friendly, efficient and attentive! It’s probably the number one factor in why I patronize La Mad. The food is also excellent! I thoroughly enjoy La Mad!

i come to la madeleine in champion forest at least once a week. the manager is very well like by her customers and she see to it that all here customers are taken care of. restaurant is kept very clean and atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

Appreciate the variety of healthy options & lovely desserts. Appreciate very much the rewards program. Appreciate the soup was very hot...thank you. Appreciate the coupons/complimentary food items with survey...thank you. The Decaf coffee was barely lukewarm so I drank whatever coffee was hot (which had caffeine :/ I'd like to suggest a closer eye on the coffee & tea carafe's. Thank you for the opportunity to make comments. I will return again soon.

It's a great restaurant. No complaints. One change I would recommend, and it's not with this restaurant, is the Rewards Program. The level of reward should be based on the amount spent. For instance, as for now, spend $4.00 it counts as 1 visit. It you spend $8-$11, it should count as 2 visits, and so forth. I spend an average of $50 per month at LaMadeline and can't move up the level chain as that's only 5 visits. Where as, breakdown the $4 per visit, and I'm at 12.5 visits. Also bring back the Rotisserie Chicken. It is truly missed. :)
