Food and staff are always great

Very convient to order through the phone and ready for pickup when arrived. You know they care about customer service when greeted with your name.

Usually order food for catering from various places for the firm but nothing like the experience the La Madeleine associates and drivers have. Thank you for making this an easy catering experience.

The cleanliness, kindness of the employees and availability of menu items made the experience worthwhile. What has kept us returning is that attention to detail of the food and atmosphere is important to the manager and makes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The line to order food was very short. The types of food that I like to eat were many. The food I ordered had good taste. The extras (bread, butter, etc.) were nice to have available. The price was reasonable. The quickness of the delivery of the food to the table was good.

I hadn't been to La Madeleine in quite a while. My company recently had catering from La Madeleine, and the food was terrific. So I bought some croissants - merveilleux! The restaurant smelled so good, like butter. Bien sur, je reviendrai.

Manager came out and addressed my issue, which was app related.

I was u sure what salad to order the staff gave me options and recommended the salad sampler. Which was perfect for me and more economical
