Good food and value, staff bends over backwards to help the customers, ordering with the mobile app is helpful to speed things along, I notice many of the same staff members are there whenever I go there for lunch (continuity of customer care).

It was convenient to our hotel, uncrowded, clean, great service and delicious.

The cashier did not hear when I ordered 2 of the same plates but she quickly fixed it and went to tell the cooks which is why I'm highly satisfied. Mistakes can be made by anyone, but the fact that it was handled quickly is what makes for good customer service.

The people are friendly and know us well. The food is consistently tasty. The manager is very friendly and attentive.

It was quick, efficient, and an easy process to get my food ordered. It’s a peaceful environment, very french oriented, and that’s only a guess 😂😂

Food was great and service

My order was perfect, thank you! Even from the start, when I placed the order online, I entered the wrong credit card information, so had to call and have that corrected. The person who did that was very nice and emailed my new confirmation before I even hung up the phone. Then that morning I had to call, again, and add 2 more Bistro Boxes. Again, they were very accommodating. The food was, of course, very good. I cannot say enough nice things about the catering driver. I don't know what his name is, but he was so nice and friendly. He took my order upstairs and set it up for me. I did not even have to ask him. He just did it. Not to mention that he had is own cart. It always amazes me when I order food. from some caterers, and the driver does not have a cart to bring the food in.
