The food was delivered on time, and Carlos helped set up everything in the meeting room. Everything was provided: utensils, drinkware, etc.

The food is very good. I love how friendly is the staff. I love the tomate soup

GM Flory Ramirez does an excellent in keeping the store with a nice home feeling. She and working crew never fail to satisfy me and my family everytime we go.

The Potato soup was at its best! Cashier Destiny is so nice and friendly! Love her personality! I miss the Christmas decorations! Made it more like home! But GM Flory has the best decorations!

Hi, this was my first time at this location, I had been in another nicer locations, this one did not have a charm for me.

From when I first entered, the staff by the register were clustered and chatting. I had to raise my hand to get one of the three staff to get my blueberry muffin order ready. Not really a big deal, but a little annoying.

We arrived at 10:45, hard to find someone to locate our party room. When we did locate a staff, they were not aware of our order which I did the day before. Therefore none of the food was set up, the room wasn't set up. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive, we had to ask to have at least the beverages for our guests. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time if we get the room at 11am and the food doesn't even arrive until 11:30 or later? The room was quite warm. The food was good as always.

Barbie was great! She was so caring and helped me get what I needed. She's definitely the reason why I would go back to la Madeleine. Best employee ever.
