There has been times when the wait may have been a little longer than expected to get the food. But the food is very good. And all of the employees that work there are very kind and very friendly. Great customer service.

I had asked for some jams & jellies when I went to pick up my order; however, found out they were not in the bag.

We ask for the sliced bread around the coffe machine if available cashier said he was going to send some with the order and fail to do so. Wanted some extra pastries but line to order or to go to long and to slow😕 one of my pastries had a hair (unfortunately found it at home)

it was my first time being there so i would like to visit the cafe' most often and see how well or how great of experience i will have.

Me and a female friend had cake and hot chocoloate. We ate outside. It took too long for the hot chocolate to arrive. By the time we received it, it wasnt hot anymore. and we had almost finished the cake. My female friend I was meeting with complained. I am more patient however.

No hand sanitizer station on pick up area

There was no reason. I came in and picked up what I ordered as well as added some croissants (6) to the order.

The staff wasn't very friendly. Not rude, just not eager to help or take your order necessarily. Asked one associate where the silverware was and she shrugged and walked away. Another, I asked for more butter and she seemed annoyed or too busy to grab it -- even though she did grab it. Overall, food was delicious and the place was clean but the staff just weren't very welcoming, nice or hospitable.
