la Madeleine

I asked to add some wheat bread and butter to the order and some cheese on the soup, none of that happened. I assuming nobody read the notes on the order.

I appreciate the La Madeleine to work hard to have a safe place to order the food during the pandemic.

I placed my order and I arrived at the restaurant. It was raining heavy, so I decided to go inside to pick up my order. I showed the cashier the order number and I told her my name. She said there was no order for me. She suggested I call the restaurant. I called and the manager answered, he said that he would take care of my order. I watched him prepare and pack my order. I heard him say to the cashier that the order was ready, except for the salmon. When he left the front, the cashier tried to hand me the bag. I looked inside and told her there was no salmon. She then told me that they did not have any salmon. She then handed a cup to the customer behind me. She then wandered around and opened the lower cooler and took out the prepacked salmon. When she handed me the bag, I had to ask her for my receipt. By the way, she was not wearing gloves.

I had ordered a spinach salad and It took longer than everyone else’s food

Everything was good and a good environment. Food was taste and everything was good with the social distancing. Price is good can’t complain about anything. Will be coming more often

I guess for the Covid-19 there is not more bread available, butter or jelly.

I was hoping to eat something else, Luke a salmon.

The food, service was very quick and good. The customer service was on point. I was happy with the food that I received. I don’t come here often but today the food was excellent.

Phone system for pickup did not work. Tried to call to bring order to car ——message kept repeating but did not allow contact with employees inside.
