Overall I was satisfied with my order and I really like the convenience of placing my order thru the mobile app. I would like to be able to use and modify my order history a little more easily.

Coffee was not as hot as desired. Needed to shift counter for payment purpose. Presentation could have been better.

I ordered sandwiches for 20 and there were half sandwiches to feed about 14 people if you count two half sandwiches per person; which each person should have the option to have a whole sandwich. Had to order additional sandwiches from another company and go pick them up last minute.

the service person is not friendly

It was satisfactory. However the portions have gotten smaller. E.G. Pasta La Madeline does not have enough noodles. That is just my humble opinion.

I actually was highly satisfied with my cafe experience. However I am a little dis enchanted that this survey is so long.

Highly satisfied with hot sandwiches. But this time I ordered a salad. More than half of the green leaves were gone bad. May be a not good place for salads.
