Very good but not exceptional

The price point and quality for some items offered are not worth the value compared to other upcoming competitors.

Unfortunately, two servers stood taking to the cashier for a couple of minutes while I was standing at the counter waiting to request an item from the line. I finally had to make a noise yo get them to notice me. Once they noticed me, they were helpful, but it is annoying when multiple servers are chatting instead of being responsive to their customers.

Portions of serving seems less. Establishment should offer a choiceof Medium, or Large serving for consumers with larger appetite.

The food portions have decreased. Especially on the Pasta la madeline.

Would like a little more customer focus when customer arrives in the Cafe.

I was not highly satisfied. I loved the chicken caesar salad sandwich which is now off the menu. I ordered the turkey and brie sandwich which had no flavor whatsoever. Usually I am happy with my food at LaMadeline; this time it was a fail.

I was not able to edit my order on the app to add an eclair, therefore not able to get the free baquette reward. The chicken was in foil and cold for the Caesar Salad. The cashier was huddled talking at the registrar with another worker.

The croissant was late and cooled down, the bacon was not fresh cooked or warm, and coffee was not hot enough.
