The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They know about the restaurant and it's items. They are proficient and accurate. The café is always clean, presentable, food is excellent and have what you need. I eat there quite often and take others there.- It is my favorite place to go. Delivery is also very good and online ordering.

Nice staff, pretty location

I chose to pick up our order as I haven't been to your location previously. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they offered me a soda as I waited for them to put my order together and that is something, as a guest, I really appreciate. The food looked and smelled amazing and everyone raved about how good the sandwiches and salads were! We will definitely be ordering from La Madeline again!

Initial order draft was not correct, but the preview email allowed us to correct it well before the session date. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The French Roast coffee was plentiful and absolutely delicious! Plenty of supplies (cups, stirrers, sweetener selection, etc) were provided.
