This location has historically struggled with order accuracy and time from kitchen to table/take out.

I was highly satisfied with staff and service very courteous and polite. However my only complaint is La Madeline needs to be open at 7:00 for early breakfast and coffee

ordered over the phone and told it would be ready in about 10-20 mins. when I got there it was not even received yet to make the order. I would really rather just called the restaurant than your call service. but the staff where very helpful in getting my order ready quickly.

The food was good, but not great. The pasta salad was greasy and a bit flavorless. The chicken salad was a little lacking in flavor too, and there was too much celery in it. But the croissant it was on was great.

The food was warm but not hot. The knife is too dull to cut the green beans. The beans are yummy but the almonds soggy.

I ordered a chicken salad croissant, and the croissant was dry and stale.

I tried several times to get my mobile app to work; however, whenever I selected "start order" I was thrown out of the app. I was able to place my order online however, but this is the second time that I've had a problem with the app. The previous time that I tried to use the app, it would not accept my credit card (there was nothing wrong with my credit card). The "to go" line was pretty long; people were placing "to go" orders. I wish that there was a separate station where orders placed on line or through the app could just be picked up.

It was just a basic visit. I reserve highly satisfied for when something amazing happens. It was perfectly fine

Out of strawberries. Dirty tables we had to clear ourselves. Hard to understand associate taking orders.
