I heard fighting with in the staff and cook in front of my family. There also was a mix up with my food.

My To Go order was brought out but taken to a using counter. I did not know it was mine until I overheard the associate ask another customer if it was theirs and I heard my name. If I hadn't overheard my name, who knows how long I would have been waiting.

I asked for crispy bacon and it was crispy but dripping so much grease so that it was basically inedible.

I had to wait in a long line and the cashier was new and didn't know how to run the register for gift cards and had to go find a manager. By the time the other people in front of me were helped, my soup was not hot any longer.

The food order was due and hadn't arrived, so I called the store phone number, but was unable to get through. The phone rang to another store manager, who attempted to call the store I ordered from, but was also unable to get through. In the meantime, the food arrived. This will not prevent me from ordering from you, however, it would be a good idea to get the phone line corrected to prevent challenges on future orders. For instance, if I had needed to change or add more to my order, I would not have been able to do so without speaking to the catering manager.
