Half sandwich was small, maybe 3in. Had to go back for my salad which was not in my bag. To pricey for small quantity of food. I'll go back for desert to see if anythi g is different. Eric at the front was great!

Woman at register couldn’t figure anything out. Took forever to order. Couldn’t figure out how to give me my free croissant. Had to wait until after my meal. Also, don’t you toast the croissant or T least heat it up for egg plates? My worst le Madeline experience!

Basically, they were short staffed. Tables and chairs are hardly every clean when I visit. They forgot about my order and I had to ask for the status of my meal which tells me that management needs to re-train employees on efficiency.

I was sent to different cash registers 4 different times. Staff is ALWAYS rude there. A true French experience in phoenix. Maybe they could smile once in a while. It's terrible and unorganized everytime.

I had oatmeal with strawberries and pecans and it was very bland. I went to the condiment counter to look for cinnamon and there was none. An employee brought some over to me, which was nice, but hovered over my shoulder while I used it. Even the cinnamon didn't help the bland taste of the oatmeal, so my food was just "eh". I ate about 1/2 the bowl before throwing it away.

I have ordered the avocado toast various times and it has always been outstanding. Today, the toast was cold, the avocado was black, and it did not taste good. I assume the taste was due to the fact that the avocado was not very good or fresh since it was black. I had been bragging about this dish to everyone I know but, if today were my first experience with it, I would not order it again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I was very surprised it was so bad today. If I had not already walked back to my office, I would have requested my money back. Also, I was charged for a soda I did not order. I did ask about this and they provided a receipt showing they had refunded that charge. I will likely try it again because all my prior experiences have been great but I was very disappointed today.

Confirmation was given about delivery time and it was late. I had to be the one to call and ask about our order nobody called me. Informed manager of issue and was replied back with sorry the employee was late. I do not believe it was the employees fault. As a manager it should have been addressed differently

Ordered on the app. Selections were not available. Received call from unknown number. Had to make another selection. Got to restaurant, cashier did not have order on screen to confirm. Asked me to create another order to check out. Charged twice by creating new order when I had already paid. When they delivered food said that they had charged me twice. Refunded one of the orders but confused which one. Offer from app was gone on one order. Very disorganized and confusing. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Menu on app should have current offerings. Shouldn't charge until picked up and take out terminals should have order information. Crazy. Reluctant to return.
