The food and service is always excellent. I've never had any issues.

we had a party of 6. two of the girls did not receive their order for over 40 minutes. I tried to talk to the manager he totally dismissed me. Arggggggg. He said he would take care of our order and never even asked for the table number. We were late returning to work.
