Over the phone customer service was really nice. I had a modification on my order that they fulfilled really nicely. When I left they were really nice as well and told me about the survey.

I love the ice tea. I love the food. I love the ambiance of the restaurant.

My husband and I visit La Madeleine at least once a week. We come for breakfast, usually eat pastry and drink coffee. It is a great time for us to catch up on the week. Wee that there is a soft classical music background, which is highly conducive to conversation. The staff are consistently friendly and receptive to our needs. COVID has changed some things, but the staff are working hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. We sorely missed it when the dining area was closed at the first of the pandemic.

We appreciated the staff doing detailed cleaning of the tables and chairs during our visit. The staff member seemed very attentive. (Don’t know his name but he has long curly hair). And, Lisandro (name on receipt) was very helpful, informative and friendly during our visit. It was overall a lovely dining experience.

Appreciate the precautions being took during the pandemic, staff was clean and table sitting was separated accordingly. Will be back again

It was simple to order food over the phone. There was almost no wait time when I arrived at the restaurant to get my curbside order. The food stayed hot during my drive home and it was, as usual, delicious!
