Jerrica made my salad sampler and checked me out. Today was a Saturday and I ordered at lunch time - when all of the staff appeared to be happy working and serving customers. Jerrica made my Caesar salad with attention and love/care - which makes a difference in taste and appearance/plate presentation. She also gave me appropriate portion sizes. Sometimes at a la Madeleine a server may give only a portion or taste of chicken salad and put too much lettuce discards (old or brown pieces, or no/little green of the lettuce, only white - both of which are unattractive on white plates. Jerrica is not only well-trained in her job, but has exceptional people skills. This is the key to customers wanting to come back more frequently and eat more! Tasty, appealing food. I believe the manager today was Gary? who used to work with Will Presley at the South Arlington location when it was stellar - got top sales several years ago - because of the employees as a team.
