la Madeleine

Hands-down, this particular La Madeleine cafe is my favorite. It is all due to the friendliness and conscientiousness of the staff. They are what makes the place so enjoyable. The pleasant atmosphere also seems to attract other customers that are very pleasant. Not all La Madeleine locations achieve what this one does. As a business consultant, I know it is all due to management: the quality of employees they hire, how they manage their employees, and the standards they hold them to. Thank you, managers and staff!

The associates are not only friendly and courteous but highly efficient. Got through the line easily but never felt rushed.

The food was wonderful. Juana was on time and extremely helpful in us getting this set up when she got here.

I arrived after having a bad morning and the staff greeted me and presented me with a menu. I ordered waffles and strawberries with a cappuccino. They also asked if I wanted a glass of water with my cappuccino. The food that was bought out looked exactly as advertized in the picture and tasted delicious and immediately brightened up my day. The cappuccino was presented in a cup and tasted marvelous. I even texted a picture to my husband to let him know on what he's missing out. I will definitely come back for more delicious breakfast in the future.

Wonderful associates who remember my preferences (croissant on a separate plate). We come as a group every Tuesday......so feel like family there.

Staff always friendly. Food alway good. Restrooms always clean.

Meet retirees at N. Collins North Arlington laMad's a couple of times a week. Also take family to laMad's after church on Sundays. Warm environment and EVERY staff member is welcoming to all customers.
