Since I wanted to eat in and take other things home with me, they wanted me to make 2 orders at 2 different registers. This seems absurd; I have had associates who managed it in past visits. In the end I just had a meal and dropped the other stuff.

I didn't like the caramel I guess. I'll get a mocha latte next time. I didn't like the Buche de Noel much. Last time I had the two (scrambled) eggs which are always good. They come with two slices of tomato which were awesomely delicious and so were the avocado slices. But the bread was cold.

1- coffee needs to be served in china and not paper cups 2- you have to ask almost for every thing and wait to be served 3- new employees are not trained 4- portions are smaller

The continuing lack of selection. All of the surrounding breakfast places have returned to their full menu options, except La Madeleine's. We have reduced our visits from every week to every 2-3 weeks, waiting on our favorite menu items to return.
