the restaurant seems alittle old and maybe needs a face lift-other than that service and friendliess is good.

It seems you removed whole wheat bread from the menu, as well as the large soup. Which were my regulars. If wasn't pleasant to see your favorites item is missing from menu

The limited menu makes the experience much less satisfying than our usual. The items we usually order are not available. This is the only place we frequent that is still limiting their menu. All of our other regular spots have their full menu available. We used to visit every Tuesday, but have started only going every other Tuesday hoping the menu returns. We have noticed the other Tuesday regulars seem to be missing, likely for the same reason.

The to Caesar salad that came with my sandwich meal only had the dressing cup 1/4 filled. The end product was that the salad tasted like pure lettuce with no sauce.

It's not your fault, it's just that with covid it's more difficult to enjoy eating out. I've always enjoyed your restaurant and look forward to coming back.

Limited menu items is a problem. We have been customers for many years, and LaMadeleine has been much slower to return to a full menu. All of our other regular local places have returned to their full menus. We usually visit every Tuesday morning, but have started skipping to see if the menu is restored. Today was a first step, but needs to go further.

The restaurant seems to need a re vamp to make it more modern. Service excellent. Kinda of had an old feel to it

The method of ordering can be confusing and seem less friendly, at first. I don't believe there is an overhead display of food offerings. Then, it is not immediately obvious where to pick up the order and pay. La Madeleine seems dark, compared to Panera. It needs to be refreshed, updated.
