I ordered & paid for the mini Chocaolate chunk 6pk and it was not put in the bag (which was delivered via grubhub - note the bag was stapled close when I received it)

The friendliness of the personnel was satisfactory, but I do not consider it outstanding. The speed of service is satisfactory but I do not consider it outstanding. The ambiance and cleanliness seem good, but I do not see them as excellent.

I was at this La Madeleine a week ago by chance. Since i was in the area again and my experience was good the first time i decided to drive an extra mile out of the way to go to it. It did not disappoint. :-)

I ordered soup for our group and we did not get any bowls or cups. Also ordered tea and set up and did not get ice as usual. This made it difficult because I had nothing for the soup or ice to make the tea cold. The rest of the food was good as always.

Table are too dirty. Takes too to received the ordered food. Not enough employee to serve.

Perfection is rare. It was very good.

Because there was a little waiting time..couple of people in front And the registration was a little a slow

Lemon tart is not offered in bigger size like other pies.

There is room for improvement in cleanliness. Order for dine in should be in the front of entrance. The cook is not up to french food standard.
