Juana at this store is great with our orders always. She takes the time to ensure all items are as ordered every time. She goes beyond the regular customer service.

The order taker was snooty.

Well perhaps the question isnt completely dependent on why i wasnt highly satisfied but rather why i did nor select it. And the answer is quite simple. It is purely the favt that i dont like to just hand out highly satisfied bullets unoess the expirience was overly enjoyable. And this visit was nothing out of the ordinary just as id want it

The cook has a hard time leaving the yolks of the eggs runny even if I order them over easy. This is also the first time a got a dry croissant.

Good service and a relaxing atmosphere. Yummy food and great desserts

The coffee was empty, we had to change out pots. At least we got hot coffee for a change

The bacon was a bit overcooked as were the yolks of the eggs. I always order them with runny yolks but this seems to be an issue at this establishment. Sometimes I will just order extras (twice as many as I actually need) to get enough yolk to cover my bacon.

I wanted to order some strawberries but no associate was available.

Not greeted when we entered the establishment after lunch rush, some confusion on where we should have gone to order.

This location has been getting worse each time i have visited. Today it was better.
