Having to consult the menu before entering the service line is not conducive to a smooth flow of customer traffic. The somewhat limited men u is not entirely "French." My order was mishandled; I should have sent it back.

The food is not cook correctly. It is a little bit overcook on the chicken

My chicken salad sandwich was almost frozen it was so cold. While I know it must be refrigerated, it can still be at a temperature to actually taste any flavor in the meat...thus it was not as flavorable as I anticipated.

I was highly satisfied.s ut my chicken was not very warm and my salad was a tad soffy but taste good. Soup was good. Cashier person was not very friendly but not rude. I enjoy the food overall.

The salad, soup, and quiche were amazing and delicious. We were waiting for the salmon for a bit but I work in food and understand it takes some time during peak hours.

This experience was fine, but we visited the cafe for dinner on January 12 for dinner and no one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence for at least 5 minutes. The was no one behind the counter to take our order or even offer to help. There seemed to be no one in charge. After waiting for several minutes, we left and went down the street to Torchy's. Needless to say, our opinion of le Madeleine dropped considerably at this visit.

Felt Raspberry Crioissant was somewhat over priced. Staff is inclined to just stuff pastries into a sack instead of a box. Two pieces in a sack assure they will be squashed at arrival.

I was just picking up two loaves of bread and a cookie. The only problem would be waiting at the counter. With so much business in the main restaurant, they need another hand on the to-go counter.

No Countrywheat bread.

After a year +, cafe still not back to a full menu. No oatmeal, no waffles, no fruit, etc. It seems this location has lost most of its good employees.
