After over a year, breakfast menu items still sparse. What breakfast cafe does not have oatmeal or waffles on their menu? We kept hoping the menu would be enhanced, but were told this is all there will ever be. No additional items are planned. We will likely start frequenting a different cafe.

Order over the phone, whomever took the order was awesome! Arrived to pick up my food. 2 associates came out with order 1 of them did not even wait to make sure everything in the bag was correct and had an attitude when we asked for the missing items. The other was very very helpful and fixed our order happily! That associate was the only reason we tipped and were pleased with the experience. They were out of the coconut cake we ordered and didnt tell us or ask what dessert we wanted instead. They just didnt put anything in the bag so we had to turn around and go back, however; In the end, everything was fixed

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with the side Caesar salad & the salad was very small for the price of almost $10. I get sandwich, good portion side, pickle & a cookie for $8 at another place I go.

Having to navigate the changes brought on the Wuhan virus will take some learning. Remembering to get salt/pepper, adequate cream and sugar.

Ordered Turkey Samplers on Mobile App, based on the picture this dish has 3 pieces of turkey. However, I got only 2 pieces. Without discount/promo from app this dish is not worth $9.99 for only 2 small slices of turkey.

I had the French Breakfast and the eggs were small, the potato pancake was a huge disappointment. It as over cooked and hard as a rock. The croissant was very good. The qualify of food at LaMads seems to be going down hill. Very disappointed.

I ordered unsweetened iced tea (which was hot, recommend refrigerating the tea as a special gesture) for a group of thirteen and was not aware the tea came in a gallon container. Had I known it was a gallon container I could have adjusted my order accordingly to adequately accommodate the number of people in my group. Also, I requested sugar, lemons and stirrers for the iced tea but received none. No additional napkins even if just one extra person. Also, not enough utensil sets for the salad lunches we received and no cups for the tea.

Ordered curbside but no one answered the phone and the automated system didn't answer. I ordered curbside so I didn't have to enter the restaurant. After several attempts I finally had to go inside. Why offer the service if you won't answer the phone to bring it out. It appears this location shuts off its phone an hour before closing as we've attempted to call and place a phone order but no answer or automated pickup. Associate didn't even respond to my comment, which I said twice, about the phone. Just handed over the bag and turned away.
