We order chicken Parisien sandwich and have always get from this same location over past 10+ years but have not received a cold/dry/burnt sandwich ever before. This was our first time where my son has to drink water while he chew just to soften it so he can swallow. We always on the go so I choose La Madeleine as it's healthier than other fast food restaurants. At least he can get the salad with it. It was just the one time and first time with this dissatisfied experience so I'll still going to go back and see how it'll go next time but sure does needs some improvement. We want our hot/juicy sandwich back. Thank you.

This is the second time our online order was either wrong or missing items only to be noticed when returning home and opening the bag. This visit the Provencal vegetable sandwich with goat cheese has been removed from menu and replaced with something entirely different but there was no 8 dication of this on the website. The picture still displayed the former sandwich. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered. Called central ordering line and associate apologized and offered to call the restaurant for me. She also received no answer after almost ten minutes of trying. Had to drive back to the restaurant and wait in line to explain all of this. The manager could not give a us a refund for the horrible sandwich we received in stead of the one ordered, even though I was informed on the phone that it would be done. Left the location with ten dollar gift card, no dinner and about an hour of time invested in trying to resolve the problem.

I was satisfied with my experience. I was able to get a table by the fireplace, so that was very cozy. I enjoyed my salad and bread. It was tasty and quickly delivered. The bread was in a nice little brown bag, so it was easily accessible. I enjoyed my lunch.

Mobile App Order placed at 4:24 pm for a 6:45 pm pick up. Arrived there at 6:43 pm, Cashier said the Chicken Friand wasn’t ready yet and I had to wait for 5 more minutes. The pastry came out 20 mins after. I asked Lady Cashier about scanning my Mobile App for rewards and the answer I got was “she doesn’t know how to do it”. Didn’t even ask a manager or someone. Not helpful at all. The only friendly staff on the front was the guy with a Blue Apron, who took time to smile and greet me and even asked how my day was. I have been ordering on this location always to go but this incident left a sour taste on me. Didn’t know a Chicken Friand would take hours to bake. Setting up a pick up time was useless.

when I came In, It was 4 associate at front,no one spoke. 1 Casher was helping 3 ladys that came in together,I waited 5 minutes,no one else behind the counter said can I help you, when she finished ,I told her I was picking up an order for sheila williams, she told me I needed to go to the other register, all that time the guy at the other register never said can I help you. I had a big order,he did not say thank you nor did he say, can I help you take it to your car. and I had to ask for my receipt . FOOD WAS GOOD ,SERVICE SUCKS, i WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN,MY FIRST AND LAST TIME.

Price much too high for half sandwich simply plopped on a plate with no garnishment. 7.79 plus an extra 1.29 for a cup of soup is ridiculous! I can go anywhere else, for example, Corner Bakery for a much better sandwich for a better value by far. I used to love La Madeleine but the quality and value are such that I will try to avoid. I would be happy to talk with a representative for more feedback.

After I ordered I looked over in the guy who was making my sandwich was not wearing gloves handling all my sandwich meat with his bare hands this is on my last visit here to the store

Placed an order for 2 coffee carriers, including cups/sweeteners/creamer, etc, to be picked up @ 5:45p. When I arrived, store had not rec'd my order, so nothing was ready. The 2 associates didn't seem compelled at all to help, even when I showed my email confirmation. They didn't understand what was ordered, gave me 2 bags of coffee. Was made to wait while they found the mgr. Finally got 2 carriers of whatever brew I could get. Still offered no cups. Asked for cups/condiments. Received cups. Had to ask 3 times for sweeteners/cream and had to wait 10+ min. for them to wrangle those. No apology made, even when the mgr came to help her team- I wasn't even acknowledged. I didn't attempt to tell them it was tax exempt. I was already running late due to the wait. The employees were not trained to understand the menu, nor empowered to know how to make a mistake right. This has been my La Madeleine for 20 years. I was hosting a party for 50 ladies, in a new position at my job, my first such event. I planned every detail, and to have this happen, which made me arrive late, was disappointing, and added unnecessary stress to the evening.
