The sauce in the pesto chicken pasta was very thin-quality not as good as the past.

The French roast coffee goes out quickly. It might be helpful to have 2 dispensers. The last two visits, it ran out on me while I was dispensing the remainder in my cup. It filled my cup just over halfway. I didn’t have time to wait for a new batch so I filed the rest of my cup with the American roast. The most recent visit, it ran out on the person in front of me so I had to wait until a new batch was made. The very nice employee working the register in the backend brought me out a cup filled with french roast as it was brewing. She was super sweet.

Order was incorrect, I ordered french country breakfast, but did not receive my potato gallette... When I inquired, team member corrected immediately.

I had soup and it was barely warm

I visit your cafes for last 20 years. The service/staff varies quite significantly between the cafes. This location is slowly deteriorating. New staff not as well trained.

There is always this older women working in the To Go area who is not friendly. She seems to be annoyed when dealing with customers. Luckily although she was there this last time, she didn't take my order or handle it.

Husband's order was missed and had to go ask about after waiting 10-15 mins. They brought it out within the next 5 mins but the food was not hot. La Madeline Chicken was ordered. No apology no nothing for messing up the order.

The turkey on the turkey croissant sandwich was not the thin cut turkey pictured on the menu.
