it takes too long to even place an order and pay.. seems like there is not a well organization, there were three people in the to go section, though it seemed that everyone was working on the same.. and we were all waiting to get our order ins. Also the mini tarts are ridiculous in size. I order these by mistake thinking these were the individual ones rather than the whole cake, (so I admit, I was not familiar with the sizes) but why having that size? I came home to find out that ridiculous size, even my kids were complaining on the size.

My soup was not as warm as It usually is at other La Madeleine stores. My salad was not a good portion

Covid-19 Feedback Lamadeleine cash register workers handle pastries/croissants/danishes by hand, albeit with gloves. These are the same gloves that handle cash and change, promoting an environment for the virus to spread onto the pastries they handle. I'd like to recommend that you supply your workers with tongs or like grabbing instruments to stop this concerning practice. Your customers would appreciate the special attention you are giving this matter in these difficult Covid-19 times.

I believe there to be mold on top of my sandwich bread. I peeled it off and didn’t eat, but many would not be willing to do this.

I got home when I realized they had packed an almond croissant instead of chocolate almond croissant as I had ordered. So frustrating as I was looking forward to have my favorite LaMad dessert! *((

Could not get our free time to work. Had to get a manager and took a while. Lots of tables dirty

The staff is sometimes slow and the tables are not cleaned very often. The coffee machine gets empty quickly and not filled immediately so it takes time to wait, but overall I am satisfied and the food is great..

I come here all the time and everyone is super nice but this one girl was like super awkward and she was starring at us and we felt judged so. She literally asked if we wanted silverware like bruh I’m not gonna eat with my fingers. Like I have a job too and I fake it till I make it even though I hate it.

Not the greatest iced tea and the checkout was totally confused.
