During this time of COVID, the menu is limited. Access to bread is limited and though we requested bread and were told they would bring it out when ready, we never received any.

Just went in to buy loaf of bread. Nothing special

My ceasar salad did not have grated cheese on top. My friend's salad who ordered the same did. Quiche took a long time to be brought out.

I believe the service is always slow and the food doesn’t come out fast enough

The au jus for the french dip was diluted with water! I've have lots of french dips from La Madeleine and this was the worst. Also, there wasn't enough mayo and horseradish in the sandwich. Very disappointed.

There was nothing super wrong, but it felt a little chaotic standing in line and ordering.

The cashier was VERY unfriendly and looked like I was bothering her when I placed my order. The crossiant was cold as well.

Have always liked the food and service generally is good. Prices are a bit high. Love the bread and dessert. Sometimes staff is less than friendly.
