la Madeleine

I thought it was great!

Been to this LaMadeleine several times and tendency is to miss getting the order as requested. Also, compared to other LaMadeleines this one has a greater frequency of being out of coffee, out of ice, missing cup holders, etc. Just not run as efficiently as others.

The cafe seemed a little warm.

No particular reason

They did not have enough people on staff. They did not seem prepared for the influx of people. Need to better train their staff.

we go to lamadeleine multiple times per week and there are several in our location. this one tends to be the weakest at having coffee available, getting the order correct, etc. we will continue to go here as it is on the side of town that we will stop for breakfast when going out of town that direction, but there are other lamadeleine's that we prefer ongoing. the one at park and preston is the best.

just be happy that im satisfied

It was a very good experience. The visit was 9.25/10. That is good. The overall value was where you fell short of receiving "Highly Satisfied". The salmon dish was very good. You need to have more kale/quinoia to add to the adequate-size salmon for the price of $13+. I thought the serving size was not up to par with the price.

The bacon in my salad did not looked fresh. i did bring it up to the manager & he stated that's the way bacon looks for the salad; which look like a ball of grease.

There was trash on a lot of the tables upon sitting down and choosing a table, there weren’t many clean tables to choose from. It looked like you guys were a bit understaffed though which is understandable, keep up the hard work:)
