Food is excellent, healthy, pastries

When we entered nobody greet us with “welcome to LaMade....” Had to wait to order because cashier was preparing someone elses’order. I Ordered yogurt parfait and my husband ordered his food. She started preparing my parfait in a small clear cup. I told her it was generaly put in a small white bowl. She said she has only used that. I said, “Oh, you must be new.” She said, No. I’ve worked here for 3 years.” That’s interesting because the last time I came i got a small white bowl. She acted as if I was making it up. I even picked up the bowl it used to come in. Nobody was smiling or cheerful. Very different personnel attitude than usual.

Order was mixed up

Been to several laMadeleine cafes and this one seems to struggle with getting orders correct consistently and more frequently than others has empty coffee pots, missing cup sleeves and these small type of issues that can be annoying.

There was no one taking orders. Cashier was performing both duties and it took a long time

There were dirty dishes on the next table that were there the whole time we were eating. It took a long time to get food compared to other visits.

The to go staff is not always the friendliest people. I have found this at all the La Madeleine's locations.

Service ,quality,presentation

The scrambled eggs tasted like chemicals and were also very salty.
