no problems; just ran in and out so nothing that Wowed me.

Ordering always bogs down. Long line. Customers confused on menu. No knives. Men’s Room no toilet paper. Tray of bread after register totally picked over. Needed new tray!! Good food. Your ordering process insane.. during rushes, long long wait!

register was unattended and took 3 or 4 minutes for someone to come take the order

Restaurant is not well managed. Utensils are dirty AND have water spots on them. Ordering process is all wrong, I gave my order twice to two different people and they still messed up my order. This is my second visit to this store and they messed up my orders both times.

The staff doesn't smile, not welcoming at all and they looked very overwhelmed. From the guy that took my order to the young lady who helped him, no one smiles and they had a straight face. The slice of cake that I had to go the icing was smudged off the corner and top of the cake. I will not return to this location.

Mushroom soup was hot hot and has not tasty at all. I always ordering it and this time it was bad.

Cashier confused order of person ahead of us, delaying us 8 minutes. Silverware hard to find, no jams or jellies available. Bread (2) served in bag with one butter and one jelly only. Caesar dressing was flat...not same recipie of years ago. Same for soup.

The food was not fresh, the pressure to order quickly. Too small portions sizes and burnt food. Also the team was not friendly or expressed their delight to serve us. Hopefully this feedback help!

We did not get one of order when we served. I had to ask for the missing items with the receipt to the casher.

Chicken Friand and mushroom sauce luke warm at best.
