Everything is good for this café except cleanness. I moved from one to another table and both were "sticky".

I ordered half of the sandwich and they charged me and gave me the full sandwich

I ORDERED AN ALMOND CROISSANT TO GO. NONE WERE IN THE VIEWING CASE OUT FRONT. I ASKED IF THEY HAD ANY IN THE BAKERY AND THEY SAID THEY WERE JUST COMING OUT. SO I WAITED A SHORT WHILE AND GOT ONE. ATE IT IN THE CAR AND IT WAS SO SOGGY - AND HALF BAKED. YUK YUK YUK! HOW HARD IS TO GET IT RIGHT WHEN YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED BAKERY THAT HAS BEEN IN OPERATION AT LEAST 10 YEARS . WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. MOVING ON TO A BAKERY THAT GETS IT BAKED CORRECTLY. YOU CHARGE LARGE AMOUNT FOR YOUR FOOD AND WE EXPECT GOOD QUALITY FOR THE HIGH PRICE THAT YOU CHARGE.

There was an older woman who I think was the manager who prepared my order. She was wearing a mask and I watched her remove it many times during my visit. She also wore it on her mouth and not nose. She would remove it many times during my visit and then proceed to talk to everyone and make my salads. Very disappointing. I would rather her not have worn the mask which would have possibly been more sanitary under this circumstance. All of the other employees worn their mask correctly. Disappointing if she was the manager.

I ordered the chicken caesar salad, which is always delicious which the exception of my recent visit/order. The romaine lettuce was not vibrant, it was mostly wilted and brown. I would have spoke up immediately had I been eating in the restaurant. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied, and it won't negate me from ordering again. The team member that took our order was unfriendly dry unapproachable and in general it took long to take our order but there wasnt a line.

The person who took our order was rude. We tried to order strawberries with our meal. Instead of apologizing they are out of strawberries, he angrily answered "we don't have strawberries". The man had an angry look on his face the entire time he took our order. At the end he just walked away without saying anything. The pasta in our pasta salad we had with our sandwich was undercooked. The pasta had uncooked hard centers.

Some employees were not friendly . You did not have my favorite bread . You need more employees to give a better service to the customers and not waiting for a very long time to take orders.

Paid $13 plus for the chicken meal and was given 4 *medallions* of chicken. It didn't even occupy 1/2 of the to-go container it was packed in. The chicken itself was slightly bland and completely lukewarm, but really dissatisfied with the quantity per price. I cannot imagine this is the food quantity you provide for dine-in, but I haven't dined in recently so maybe things have changed. It definitely does not match the picture of the Chicken Madeline which shows 6 long strips of chicken. I was given the equivalent of 1 of those strips (maybe 1 and a 1/2) cut into 4.
