The strawberry bacon spinach salad had 3 little strawberry pieces in it and a ton of red pepper. I don't know why you changed this salad, but it is gross now. I didn't want a red pepper salad, I wanted a strawberry salad. Super disappointing and I will not order ever again!

The Associate overcharged me and ended up having to issue a refund

The variety of the food offered and the cost of the food. Several weeks ago my wife and I had soup, salad, and a drink. It was almost $40.00!

The young man bringing the food was extremely rude. The cashier was extremely nice but I was not impressed with the other workers. Probably will not be returning anytime soon.

The chickens salad was not cut up well and mixed well. I was told Le Madeline will not Cary the mushroom soup any longer. This will cost my business.

Sunday morning brunch, no champagne for mimosas, no bread out, no lemons for drinks, coffee, no jugs of creamer, all for my birthday that I was here to celebrate.

I ordered a drink and it was not given to me. This is the second time this has happened and I buy this meal for my co-workers and I. We love having La Madeline near us but this is the second time drinks were missing and we only have a short window to get back to work.

This is the second time that they make a mistake with our order. Last time they missed my small Caesar salad. This time they gave us a side cranberry & pecan instead of the main dish with salmon.

Order could NOT be found even with confirmation. Very small Salad could NOT feed 4 people at all. Pasta came disassembled and runny. Only 3 breads in bag. Lousy.

The restaurant had nine oils distancing protocol. Table were very close together and not marked. We stood in line for 8 minutes before someone came to the counter to take orders. The quiche Florentine was over cooked. When I asked about the appearance l, I got an excuse. The strawberries we under ripe, too cold, and bitter.
