Online order for specific time and there was only 7 items , although it was order at 1220 hours which during lunch hour, did not receive items until little after 1250 and the sales associate seem put out when I asked for curbside service.

I pre-ordered the Holiday Feast for Thanksgiving online. Mashed potatoes is one of the main reasons I ordered this holiday meal since that is a family favorite. We picked up at our scheduled time of 1:30pm on Thanksgiving. They tell us that they are out of mashed potatoes. I was extremely disappointed since that is my kids' favorite. They gave us a gift card to make up for it but I wanted to bring it to your attention since we were very disappointed. The whole point of ordering early was to get the food that we love to eat on this special day especially since we could not travel to be with our loved ones due to the pandemic.

2 of the 3 items I ordered were not fulfilled. Drove 20 mins to pick the order. Should have blocked me from placing the order. Replacements given but price not adjusted.

Salads were bland, food selection was poor. I guess I thought there would be more selection to choose from but the fall menu left a lot to be desired.

TABLES NOT CLEANED OF DISHES AND HAD STICKY TABLE TOPS. FLOOR HAD TRASH ON IT AND NEEDED SWEEPING. SAW NO ONE WORKING ON IT. THERE WAS NO WET RAG FOR ME TO WIPE TABLE MYSELF. ATE ON STICKY MESS! CASHIER AND OTHER WORKERS WERE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. NO LEMONS FOR WATER AND NO BREAD, BUTTER OR JELLY. THAT IS WHAT I CAME FOR. NOT COMING BACK. PRICES WERE WAY TOO HIGH FOR SOUP AND SALAD. INSPECTOR FOR FOOD SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF DIRTY CONDITIONS. MANAGER SHOULD GET HIS/HER ACT TOGETHER OR BE REPLACED.

Placed my order through the app- when I got home it was the wrong order. Called the restaurant to let them know- manager offered to remake order but i could not go back that day. He is supposed to mail gift cards so we can come back later. We will be checking orders before we leave going forward.

the food was excellent. The lady that took my order was very nice and thorough. My complaints: a 20% gratuity was added in when they ran my credit card for the day of pick-up (I was never informed (verbal or on my receipt) that this would take place. The potato chips were not given to the person that picked-up my catering order (I paid $15 for the potato chips). The person that picked-up my order for me gave a $20 cash tip at pick-up. This tip SHOULD NOT have been accepted by staff since my card was already charged for a $67.12 tip that I did not approve.

The associate who took my order was visibly frustrated that I had a reward that I wanted to redeem. This was embarrassing, as there were other customers in line who were watching her. The system applied the reward (which was up to $4.99 in value) to the lowest priced item, and I didn't want that. So I asked her to redeem those separately. She did not handle the situation very well.

There was no cream of mushroom soup. The employee called and asked me to order something else. I also found a price of hair in my chicken salade sampler. The portion of my Caesar salad was very stingy in the plastic togo container. My friend ordered her cranberry walnut side salad sampler and it was much more full than mine. I normally go to the one on park and Preston, but I did not expect the poor quality at this location

I had a pickup order and when I went in to the pickup area no one was there. I waited patiently but someone else came in after me, actually 2 others, and they were all helped before me. I just stood there while being looked right through. After both of the people were helped, as I stood right next to the checkout area, I was then asked if I needed help. Then once I got my food they didn’t even fill the cup. It was half way and just sloppy. I was excited to have one store closer to me but I was wrong.
