I had ordered catering to be delivered at 7:45am, at 7:20am I received notice that the delivery driver was stuck behind an accident, and would be late. Chris asked if he could bring the food at 8:30am. This would not work bc of the timeliness of my event. He then told me to come pick up the food, again I was unable to do this. Eventually, the driver brought my food at 8:15am, when I needed it by 7:45-8:00am. Upon arrival, I was missing the entire fruit dish, cheese, and tomatoes. Those eventually were brought back at 8:30am. I had already begun serving the food at my event. Overall, this was not the experience I was hoping for with La Madeleine.

Ordered a half sandwich with 2 sides, should have been 8.89, however the menu had apparently changed and since we ordered over the phone, the associate did not clarify this information. My total was $11.67 after tax, due to the additional half side. When I received my alert from my CC company of the charge, it was $14.00, not $11.67. I was neither informed this was the charge amount nor was I informed I would be charged a random additional amount, in case I added to my order, which I did not and yet the $14.00 is still pending. I am extremely unhappy with the change in pricing not being clarified to me, nor was I informed of this additional charge, nor has it fallen off. I need assurance that the total billed will be the outrageous $11.67. Currently, I feel as if I am being cheated and taken advantage of. I would like to speak with someone at corporate.

I was not there, so I have included an email from the lady that was the contact person. Tiffany's email stated - The breakfast was okay. The French toast was actually under-cooked in the middle. I think they under estimated how long it would actually take to bake it all the way through. They make their French toast like a bread pudding, so if you were one of the unlucky ones to take from the center, it was soggy. The lady who delivered it was very nice and asked for feedback as we were the first company to actually try this new recipe of theirs for the French toast. It was tasty, just very very soft and soggy throughout. About 5 – 10 add’l minutes of baking would have made it great! Eggs were buttery but were in a pan of water. May have been due to the travel of them getting here. Bacon was great! Fruit was great!

The electronic equipment at checkout was not working correctly. Previously, here, the scanner for the app has not worked. This time, I was third in line, and waited over twenty minutes before anyone could make the equipment work. There was a long line behind me. Then, the food was not up to par. The lettuce was not fresh and the portion was smaller than typical. Then, no sachet torte! Not a good experience for anyone in line. Please make improvements. Freshen up the place. Thank you!

Young staff on order position and also cashier seemed indifferent or distracted. No cordialities by either staff and again seemed distracted. My order took 25 minutes to be brought to table. It looked good but was cold. Not refrigerated cold just not warm at all. I was took hungry to bother and ate it. It probably sat for 15 minutes based on lukewarm to cool temperature presentation. Very disappointing

The delivery of our food was very slow. My roast beef open faced sandwich was cold when I received it. We could not get the chicken on our Cesar salad (have done so always before for our post church brunch) because it was "before 11:30 am. Also the new version of the chicken we had last week did not taste as good as the old version. Hopefully corporate will change back to the older menu. The utensils were covers with large water spots I had to clean to make them look clean. I tried to cash in my complementary pastry or dessert coupon but several bakery items were not available. The counter girl said I could have the coconut cake but that she would have to cut me a piece. She then proceeded to help everyone else in line (4 others) before stopping to cut my piece. I asked the manager to intervene (nothing was going on at the main line) and he took the full cake out of the display case and stopped at that point. I wish he had gone ahead and cut and served the cake. When the girl took over she took forever to cut the cake (drawing up hot water, heating the knife, wiping it off after every cut, heating it again ....). The worst visit to La Madeleine ever!

The spinach /strawberry salad with chicken had way way way too much dressing and hardly any strawberries, hardly any red bell peppers and some of the spinach was rotten. The young man making the salad was harried and first told me there was no chicken, and then changed his mind, so he started to make a different salad with different lettuce and had to be corrected and then he forgot the pecans and had to be reminded and the tables were dirty and the bread was very stale and I can do much better at other restaurants than waiting forever to get my salad. You needed more people making and serving food. I also think your prices are very steep and also you have no SENIOR DISCOUNT. I used to dine here a lot, but every time I am disappointed in the food and the dirty tables. It seems management is lacking in getting the staff to do their job. I will say you had plenty of hot water in the Ladies Room. Almost burnt my hands.

Arrived around 7;45 pm. Ordered my food received at counter went to get my beverage. Only unsweetened tea. Bread area not stocked. I asked gentleman apparently some type of Manager if they has any more 5 grain bread. He said were out no sorry or apology what so ever. Finished my meal and was ordering a to go and ordered an omelet . Received the omelet with no croissant .I asked the girl and she said croissant doesn’t come with this. I told her my wife eats it here often and always gets one. She receipt says Anny ticket no 130192 and she says I don’t know I just deliver what comes out. I also asked the girl Anny about the bread and she said we have been out since Saturday. I asked don’t you bake it here and she said yes. I was ready to leave and asked the gentleman for a large plastic cup for a tea to go and he just said we out . Again no apology . It seems this location has lost the Culture of the business and customers are not number one.

Dirty tables were everywhere so I had to clean a table to sit down. Very little broccoli was on the Pasta la Madeleine with chicken. There was no decaf coffee. The bathroom was not clean. It was a very cold day outside and the air conditioner was blowing on people in the line as they waited to order.

order sausage --out of sausage ---coffee was cold did not bring order to table had to go get it --bacon was supposed to be crisp --not done --very soggy as to toast bread had to go get bread myself
