The order was wrong. Counter staff/mgmt need customer service and quality assurance training at this location. I have consistently had problems with takeout at this location but the last visit was the worst.

This is the worse experiences I’ve ever had at a La Madeleine. No paper towels in the bathroom, trash on the floor, ice machine out, bread and butter out and so were most of the desserts. I had a birthday dessert coupon and wanted a slice of Sacher torte. For some reason, there were 3 entire cakes but I could not have a slice. I had to wait for a quiche Florentine. The salad was wilted. The staff was more concerned about closing procedures at 8:25 PM when we walked in than anything else. 95% of the salad service station was put away- even though they closed at 9. Manager was checking things off on a clipboard and was not interested.

Traditionally this restaurant has great food but thehe bacon was AWFUL, old tasting and stuck together. I ordered additional eggs for my son, I was charged $1.29 PER egg. ridiculous! The bacon tasted like it was old, cold and been sitting out overnight. I except a much better food for the prices and this restaurant. It was so disappointing we may not be back. We used to love breakfast here.

We were not provided any napkins or forks for our salads or spoon for my soup. The iced tea was warm and had no ice. We got to the park to enjoy our picnic and had to drink warm tea on a hot day and eat salad with our fingers.

Ordered a Croque Madam which is supposed to come with a side salad. Sandwich arrived, bare on a plate. Ordered it with a Sunny Side up Egg, got Over Medium. The cheese was old and crusty and the sandwich was not "gooey" at all. It was dry. Now I understand you want some crunch with a Croque, but you also want the gooey from the cheese and bechamel sauce. When I went back to get the side salad the manager just threw some leaves on a plate with no apology. I swear I would have gotten better service, if not food, at McDonalds.

The food was not what I expected The size of the quiches the appearance of the quiches they we cut and ragged and I was giving this as a gift for a sick friend. The fruit that came with it was sparse and not appealing. I had to make another salad to take over. I spent $32 dollars and it was totally unacceptable to me the value that I got.

I went to order and pick up lunch with my wife at La Madeleine in Frisco, Texas. We place our order with Londyn in the To go section of the cafe. She has taken our order extremely accurately but seem to be distracted and more concerned with the conversation she has with her co worker at the time. I grabbed my order and went home. After about 30 mins I realized that they have forgotten to put an entree into my to go bag. I had to waste about 2+ hours to pick up the entree and get back home for lunch because I personally live far from the Frisco location. Please ask Londyn and her coworker why did they forget to put my entree into my to go bag and waste 2+ hours of my time to pick it up. Also, during time they were chatting with each other, they ignored me and my wife when I was waiting in the to go section to purchase bottles of soups.

I tried your new seasonal salmon & squash bowl before Christmas and was highly satisfied, so on my way home I decided to order and take one home. When I arrived, I was told that they were just "waiting on the squash"....not sure what the problem was, but once she placed the order in my bag, I was on my way. Once home, I was SO disappointed. WHERE was the squash? It was mostly kale which totally overpowered the salmon, which also was a tad under cooked. I had to re-cook it a bit at home. Restaurant not that busy, it was after the lunch rush. You simply must get that dish right and the butternut squash is a big part of the whole seasonal dish. I am guessing that either the kitchen ran out of the squash or it wasn't ready, so they added more kale, BAD idea.....and I had to PICK through to find only tiny pieces of butternut squash. Dish ruined...money wasted. The server was fine, she didn't know and I couldn't really see the dish before I left, since it was a hot dish and the cover was foggy. But I wanted to alert you ASAP, so that you can find the cooks and get this dish right. I recommend to never add MORE kale, it's too strong and ruins the dish. Hope this helps.

I placed my online order about 11:20 am for a 12:30 pm pickup. My hot sandwich sat on the counter for 20 minutes before it was finally given to me. Obviously it was no longer hot. They did not have the cookies I ordered and substituted it for other cookies that were acceptable. They older man that bagged my order was flippant. This restaurant should not be offering online ordering if they are unable to complete an order in an hour and 10 minutes. I will be placing a negative review online so that other people are aware of the problems that exist in this restaurant.
