The manager on duty is not social, friendly at all. Never a hello, thank you or come again. He bold-up my receipt without first asking if I wanted it or dont. Another time I requested a particular slice of cheesecake that I wanted, and this same manager told me he already have another slice picked out. When I advised tge manager tgat I really want the other slice he sighed loud enough so I could hear. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

My delivery was completely incorrect. The receipt was accurate, but the food didn't match the receipt, and was not only not what I ordered, but contained ingredients that I have allergies to.

Only 3 visible employees working, waited over 15 minutes to order with only 2 customers ahead of me. Several plates of food under heat lamps not being delivered. Noted most tables in the dining area NOT cleaned. Utensils not filled...absolutely no knives. Ordered soft scrambled eggs, eggs were overcooked and even scorched. Took over 45 minutes to receive my meal. Staff was less than enthused to take order, accept payment or answer questions.

The gentleman manning the takeout counter and the pastry counter, (I'm assuming he might be the manager) was very rude on two separate interactions our party had with him. We will think twice about coming here based upon our experiences with him.

The food cold . The staff inexperienced Salad area unclean The only person that was ok was the buzzer. The whole place is vary cold. The staff unfriendly.
