We are always happy with the Allen location of La Madeleine. Emily (Sales Associate) at the counter is great; she is friendly and fast! Also, the chef in the back, Hotel (African-American), makes the food just right...flavorful and fresh with the consistency that we desire! Thank you to the staff here.

Nice place to meet with friends. Quite! Does NOT have intrusive background music...a real plus for me. Great staff and reasonably timely with food. Could be a tad faster but not enough to complain about.

This is the best of all the Madeleines we have enjoyed mainly because of th people that staff the cafe. Excellent management seems to be in place as the food and ambiance of this place is always standardized and well prepared and served. The choice to play French Cafe music was a suggestion I made long and evidently others did as well and it defines just what the Madeleine experience is all about. Thank you. We have been lifelong customers beginning at Mockingbird Dallas. Keep up all the good work.
