My only problem was the tables. They were so sticky that even the food trays stuck to the tables. They either Need new tables or strip those down and refinish them. Other than that i was satisfied.

I'm not really unsatisfied. however, you were out of coffee, both American and French when I attempted to get coffee the first time. Also when I went back for a refill, were out of the American. In addation, had to request creamer and raw sugar, since they were both empty too.

Bread on sandwich was over cooked. Needed more dressing for the salad. Since the bread is usually so good I would have liked mine to have been fresher, it was just ok.

The taste of the chicken for the Caesar salad tastes different. Has more of an onion soup flavor. Do not like this new flavor of the chicken. Should have stayed with the original recipe for it.

Price should match quality. I am a rewards member and I should get more rewards quicker. With competition the way it is, choosing your restaurant should be worth my time.

I noticed at several visits at different la madeleine that the coffee was not hot or container was empty. it seems that no system is in place to check on coffee

I think the price is a little high. I would come more often but the value is not as good as the price. If it were about 15% less then it would be oerfect

I’ve loved La Madeline since the first time I tried it. I only ask that if you’re going to ha r a reward program, that your cashiers actually ask or check to see if the customer would like to earn rewards and not just skip it over so that the customer has to them take a picture and email the receipt. That is a pain in the ...!

I was mostly satisfied with the experience bc the food tasted great and two of the girls working there were actually so sweet when usually the customer service there lately hasn’t been very good. However one of the girls I talked to (who made my salad) was kind of rude and treated me like I was dumb/ had an attitude. But other than that it was a great experience
