Some of the employees look like they are not happy to be there. Need people that are a little more customer service oriented.

There's always room for improvement

I think the food is a little highly priced. And the omlett could have an extra egg in it. The pasteries are very good

Last time the coffee was better. This time it tasted Like burned coffee and was watery. We waited a lot to have our order and wasn't complete

Food could have been more fresh and temperature hotter. Quicke was Luke warms. Onion soup salty. Bread, salad and soup excellent. Good coffee

Both of the dressings for my salad had open lids. So I had no dressing for my salad.

Service was very friendly and quick. This kind of performance is expected if you want to stay in business. "Highly", in my mind means 'above and beyond the standard'. I only purchased precooked quiche and potato gallete and it would have been a bit of a stretch to add "above and beyond" to this order. One thing however, the cashier was a bit slow to move the line. Probably need to look at improving this area at this store.

Service was lacking a little even though few patrons at the time

I asked for Mustard and Mayo on my sandwich and didn’t get the mustard.

Coming from Austria it is very hard for any eatery in the USA to match the standard I am accustomed to. That goes for ambiance, food quality, as well as customer service.
