The app is annoying, too short comment line, the asap time doesn’t prolong automatically, the reward didn’t take in, i had to go inside to redeem it

Had the option to order a mocha latte with soy milk was told there was no soy milk once I got to restaurant but was charged $0.70 extra for soy milk at they did not even have
