Despite asking a question several times about how to order my order, I was not given a clear answer. Then, the order came out wrong and I was over charged. I wanted a cup of soup and half sandwich and received and was charged for a whole sandwich.

I expected fresher aromas when entering the café. One of the coffee pots was empty but the workers filled it after I mentioned it to them.

When I arrived, there was no line. However, it took several minutes before one of your associates came to take my order. She was working at the back window and discussing something with the cooks.

I received the wrong food but did not notice until i got back to work and it was too late to turn around and get it fixed. I wasted food and did not get full :(

I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have bacon on it and there was no bacon on it, only egg and cheese. The sandwich was still fine but I’m dissatisfied with the fact that my order was missing something I paid for and this is the third time that order accuracy has been an issue (one time at another location).

My spinach salad had the same amount of toppings as my spouse's sampler serving. I was dissatisfied with the price for what I received.
