I asked for the eggs scrambled dry. They were still somewhat liquid. I took the eggs back to the register and told her overly dry since my version of dry is different than the cooks. There were still pieces of egg that could have been cooked more but at least I was able to eat them than before.

Food good not great. Jelly is not good anymore, too liquidy coming from container.otherwise it was perfectly satisfactory just not highly satisfactory.

All in all, I was very happy with the ordering and pick-up experience. My order was ready and waiting, and Emily was very friendly and courteous. The food was good, and we enjoyed it. My only complaint was with the onion soup we ordered. We generally order a cup each, but I noticed there were three sizes when ordering on the app. There was a cup, bowl and large. Since my wife and I were going to share the soup and salad, I thought we could get the large size instead of two cups. Well, the large size seemed about the same size as a bowl, and not as much as two individual cups. If I am going to pay more for a "large", I expect to get a little more than we received. Like I said, we enjoyed our food, so this was a minor complaint, but it did dampen our overall experience just a touch.

The manager and employees were very rude. Not only was my order not ready when it was suppose to be ready for pick up, the manager had the nerve to be rude to me when I asked why it wasn't ready. This location is notorious for being terrible with its service, employees, management, waiting forever for the food, the food arriving cold when eating in, the portions on the plate being very inconsistent as two people in the group will order the same and one will be a much larger portion than the other same food order, the food never arriving when they lose the order, waiting for a to go ordered in the restaurant for 45 minutes and they never have enough persons working or qualified and properly trained persons. It's sad because I know my family was excited for a location in Allen and others we know feel the same, but this location is the absolute worse to visit. Unfortunately, this location is the most convenient as it's closer to our home. So we don't go often as we would go because of all the issues at this location. The kids want to go to order a sandwich and we have to say no all the time because it'll take over 45 minutes at times to get the order.

Stood at to go line for 5 minutes with no one greeting me to take my order. I had to walk to far end or ordering line to find someone to talk to. I tried to call in order, pressed option 1 and no answer. Had to drive to store to place order. No delivery to my home at 75071 according to your web site

Prices are a little high. Other than that it’s a very pleasant place. Try to go there once or twice a month.

I ordered a mimosa and the orange juice glass was half way filled. I told the cashier and she was very nice and filled it to the top. I would suggest making sure staff are properly trained. overall, it was a great experience. as always.

Line was not that long and it still took a long time to order. Not enough people working the line. This LaMad is never as good as one at Collin Creek in Plano

The email address was correct but it didn’t send me the retrieve password code.The time on the website that said when my food would be ready wasn’t accurate because my food came late.
