Tree fell out front and has not been removed. Roof was leaking in dining room and no knew it was leaking. Tables needed to be bussed, many were dirty. Other than that the food was very good and coffee I ordered was fresh. Staff was friendly!

We were not greeted when we walked in. We did not know where to order. I asked about freshness of cookies and gor I dont know as an answer with no follow up

I called ahead While driving to and was put on hold multiple times. Making it so I was practically in their parking lot before they took my order!

There is no strawberry for my salad, the blue berry was not ready for my salad. i need to wait on my table until they wash the blue berry than bring it over to my table. The bread was so dry, not sure the bread was made today. It taste like it was from yesterday.

cashiers cannot seem to listen to customers order, this is a recurring issue with La Mad, orders are not filled correctly a large percentage of the time I go there.

App would not work. Associate said I could scan in the receipt later for credit. She is wrong.

Tried to order through my app, to get my $3.00 off. It doubled my order, tried to edit, and it wouldn't work. Went ahead and ordered on line. My co-worker picked up my order, and the cashier would not give me the $3.00 off. She said I needed to update my app. Wasn't pleased!

Manager on duty was rude to employees in front of us. We normally receive 2 soups with order but only got one. No longer offer fresh bread with to go orders. Just very dissatisfied with the overall visit. Manager on duty needs to learn how to teach employees with out degrading them in front of customers.
