I order from la Madeleine about once a week and order the Chicken Caesar Salad. This is the second time in the past three weeks that the chicken was fatty and contained a lot of skin and rubbery portions. Your employees need to be more observant of what they are wrapping up in the foil to make sure quality slices of chicken are being provided. It just ruins the whole salad.

It took forever for someone to take our order yet there was only one person in front of us. It seemed more attention was paid to the to go orders. Plus, there wasn’t enough dressing on the salad, and the quiche was cold and lacked flavor.

I ordered this exact same food 2 weeks ago at this same location. Loved it then but disappointed today. The salad was light and crisp last week and soggy today! The chicken salad was also too creamy.

The WIFi signal was connecting but not transferring any data. I could not connect to websites or retrieve email on my laptop or iPhone. I asked an employee if they could reset the router, but the problem was never resolved.

It took 27 minutes to order lunch for 7 people. The person taking the order was the most incompetent catering professional I have ever dealt with, and after repeating the incorrect information back to me three times, he still got the food order wrong. Someone else called afterward and corrected all his mistakes in about 30 seconds

we received our food it was wrong. the portion was too small . asked for the manger did not bother to come. i ordered the chicken salad croissant. with no tomato- we received it with tomato and my DTR allergic to it. I returned it I was waiting for them to do make it , the cooker open the sandwich and took the tomato out and give it back. I told him no she is allergic and u are not suppose to do that. it was so bad we spend around 43 dollar it was a waste of money for me . i will not go back again.

25 minutes before closing employees were already putting up food. There were tons of fruit flies flying onto desserts and flying around the bread and jelly area; it was really gross to the point of us only ordering 1 entre when we originally planned to order 3. It was also concerning that the employees didn't seem bothered by the flies and only waved them away while still selling the desserts that they landed on. The salads also looked quite mushy and unappealing.

Communication with catering department was very poor. Brandis was most helpful sitting down with us to discuss the final menu and table arrangement. I stopped in on April 4 to pay and staff did not information. Arrived on April 5 and needed to rearrange tables since they were not what we planned with Brandis and some staff members were not very happy moving tables. Food was fine. Needed to request a trash can. Not happy with plastic wrapped tableware, we were not at a picnic. Not once during party did staff check to see if everything was good or we needed anything. Check out took at least 15 minutes for me to pay the food bill. Overall for the price point I was very disappointed.

I order 4 Lemon Tarts, the shell was so hard you need a knife to cut into it. Once you cut the shell all the filling start running out, the filling hadn't set. The next day filling still running out all you had was a shell with no filling.
