Been here before and I like their pastries and that is why I came.

Food and attention to customers is always excellent. Staff is friendly and willing to explain pastries. Fast service when ordered to go. Staff even made sure that my 2 pastries would not get smashed and put them in a box instead of a bag.

Clean and inviting atmosphere. Easy to use rewards program with friendly service. Quick delivery of food that was both fresh and hot.

I have never had an unpleasant experience at La Madeleine. The staff are always pleasant and courteous, and the manager will often come by my table to see if I have any questions or concerns. The food always tastes fresh! The price is great - it’s not much more expensive than fast food dining, and definitely much healthier! The variety is great; I like that breakfast is available all day.

The food is always great. The friendliness of the staff is always on point. I've become addicted to La Madeline and I don't regret it. Definitely will come back again and again.

The server was very kind and added to the authentic French experience. The food was great and we loved the sun dried tomato and spinach croissant. The American and French breakfasts were great as well.

La Madeline fits the bill for its niche. It is more than a fast food plus but not a full service restaurant, so you get cooked from scratch food, without the full service prices. Ease of ordering and paying is facilitated through the app and each visit counts towards retaining status.
