The employee was wonderful!!!!! Very patient, helpful & kind!!!!

Most of the staff has come to know our group of regulars. It's the small things they do to make everything easier for us. I have stopped ordering coffee, don't know if it's just an issue at this location, but it's not enough to deter us from coming.

Overall we enjoyed our visit to this LaMadaleine restaurant. My one complaint was the girl at the cash register had an "I don't care" attitude and was looking at something on her apple watch the whole time I was ordering. I felt like I was interrupting her text message. Nonetheless, I knew exactly what I wanted to order and the transaction went quickly. One other somewhat negative, but not a deal breaker is the temperature in this restaurant. It is always cold in here and everyone tries to get next to the fireplace to stay warm. Is there a legitimate reason to keep the temperature that cold? There are times I will opt out of eating here if I am cold because of this. Otherwise, the food is always excellent and there are other staff that are friendly and welcoming.

Food is always tasty, and hot when served

I tried a new to me entree and it was delightful! Staff was helpful in helping my companion carry her food and bussed our table quickly as we finished our meal. Because of the quality of food at LaMadeline, this is my favorite cafe.

I love going to La Madeline cafe because this location is close t me. It has always been one of my favorite spots to eat it. The food is always great and tasty.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. I WAS GREETED AT THE POINT OF ENTRY AND WAS HELPED WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD IN REGARDS TO THE MENU. IT WAS SIMPLE, EASY, AND LOVELY.
