We have always enjoyed the bread, and we learned you’re not serving it any more. To have bread with our soup and salad, we would’ve had to order a $5 loaf.,

1-Ordered 5 items and one was incorrect. Chicken substituted for Salmon with no explanation or decrease in charge. 2-Chose this restaurant over others because of a mailing with coupons; however, there was no visible way to apply the coupons on the website ordering system. I placed the coupon codes in the NOTES section of the order, but they were ignored. Luckily, the manager was able to credit me with the coupons upon arrival at the restaurant.

Our food came out accurately, but I ordered a chicken lamadeleine. The mashed potatoes were room temperature. The chicken was luke warm, and the broccoli was barely cooked - hard. I also ordered a creme brulee, which was undercooked and didn't taste like they usually do. In all, this experience was average at best. It appeared all of the staff was new, and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. Perhaps this was the reason the food was not prepared as good as usual. But this restaurant needs to fix these issues or we will not return.

The floors were filthy and the dining room is completely unattended. Chairs are not tucked into the tables and the drink area is also unkept. I’m saddened that bread is not readily available in the dining room given we are back to 100% operations.

When I first starting going to la Madeline you ordered in and received your food then. I liked that better than waiting for it like a typical restaurant. It made it More quaint.

No one went above and beyond. Cashier forgot to give us a coffee cup. Need bigger water glasses.

Limited bakery items: most were not available, including the one I wanted. The food could have come out faster, too. Limited entree menu items is another factor.

The service was slow even though we were the only customers. Other than that everything was perfect. I will definitely return for the bakery.
