I was highly satisfied this time around, but I wanted to use this opportunity to tell you of a previous experience during which I wasn't given a survey opportunity. Early last week I visited my local LaMadeleine (the same location as this time). There was a gentleman waiting to be served. He was not wearing a mask. This is in defiance of my local county's requirements to be wearing a mask. He was offered one, but refused it, saying he had a health condition preventing the wearing of a mask. I believe that because the cafe offered curbside pickup, that he should have been directed to wait in his car until his order was ready. I expressed my concern to the manager, who said that they can only request a person wear a mask, but cannot force the issue. I believe you only need to accommodate someone who can't wear a mask. Offering curbside pickup is your way of accommodating, so he should have been made aware of these accommodations. I feel uncomfortable being around people who are not wearing masks indoors.

I added a cup of soup which the menu said was 2 something but, I was charged 4.59

Great food, the tables were a little dirty. Had a good experience, will be returning. Just need to stay on top of cleaning.

I ordered three croissants. The only place i buy croissants la Madeleine. This time around, the croissants tasted fine, but they didn't have the traditional shape, which made it more difficult to slice open to butter.

The menu was easily viewable, I had to look for it, and the way to order when I came in was a little confusing!

Chris was an amazing and friendly cashier! He answered all my questions with ease and got me my food quickly! My only concern is the manager who walks around with his mask pulled down and makes food for people.

The 2 girls at the front counter did not greet me, service was a little slow, over all service was slow, but I did get what I wanted, as always you food is exceptional!
