My salad was only half the normal size

I was not greeted by the employee when I walked in. She had my order packed and I asked her about bread and she shrugged like I made her mad. It was just a question and I understood why there wasn't bread but she could have been a little more communicative.

The food was excellent, the service was friendly and precise. They made my Mother’s Day wonderful! Thanks

I have a giftcard but cannot use my giftcard when I order online through the app. I called my order in, it could not use my giftcard when I called my order in so I had go inside to actually order to use my giftcard.

The bread station was empty. Server forgot mushroom gray on my chicken friand A server is now refilling the bread station.

I have very high restaurant standard. Furniture worn. Some food on display looked old.

two associates were talking and ignored me standing there for longer than necessary and I was not offered my receipt. I had to ask for it.

My hot sandwich was in a to go box, not even wrapped in foil to keep it warm. Just kind of bummed eating a cold sandwich when I got home.

Satisfied with experience majority of the time. Sometimes strawberries are not very fresh. Need to improve on that.

The pastries were brought cold and the option to heat them wasn’t presented to us.
